Great meal. We have been here a few times but the chef tonight( Sunday)in the red hat was incredible. Great flavors and made the steak super buttery. It melted in your mouth.
Had dinner at Edo Hibachi Steak House & Bar and it was such a fun experience. The food was fresh and flavorful — I had the hibachi steak and it was cooked perfectly, super tender and full of flavor. The chef put on a great show at the grill, which made it even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere had a nice mix of energy and comfort. Definitely a great spot for a night out with friends or family — I’ll be back for sure!
I wish I had gotten our server/chef's name, but he was wonderful! Very thoughtful of my allergy while still creating a great experience for the whole table. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was able to share something new with my guy that he hadn't experienced. The picture is happily half-consumed chicken tempura roll, a new try for my fiance. Everytime I've eaten here, it's been fantastic. Food is always great, amount served is always more than enough, our cook was amazing & put on good show.
Jacky was excellent! He was a true genius chef the food was perfect and his flair was on point too. The food is always high quality this is my second time going and i have tried most of the hibachi offerings. I cant speak to the sushi or other menu items. I am a food snob when it comes to rice especially and seasonings however both times i have been there it was perfectly done. In general the area is lacking in terms of good asain food options but if i ever want to be wowed this is the place i will go every time.
Took my daughter here last night while we were out at the Mall birthday shopping for her 18th. We have a tradition of trying a hibachi in every new town we visit so we have been to dozens over the years and this ranks among the absolute best. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and sleek (if maybe a little loud for us but that's hibachi) and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, engaging, attentive without being intrusive, and seamlessly accommodated the couple of special requests we made. The food was phenomenal. Salad green and crispy, steak tender and cooked to perfection, shrimp and lobster tails flavorful and perfectly grilled, the best veggies I've had hands down: hot and steeped in a delicious sauce, but still enough crunch to know they were quality and fresh, and the fried rice was the perfect balance of not too salty, but also not bland. It was prepared by Chef Liu, who was excellent. Often chefs can seem like they are just going through the same old motions, but he genuinely interacted with us even going so far as to make several pieces of balloon art in honor of the birthday girl. From the host to both servers, and Chef Liu, every person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel like the most important and welcome guests in the place. A truly wonderful dining experience that capped off a very special milestone birthday to perfection. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
Edo Hibachi was fantastic in every way! The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were wonderful. We departed with full bellies, leftovers, and smiles of satisfaction.
Had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner. The saki was a little messy but worth the experience. The food was delicious. Our chef provided us with good entertainment and great food.
